Charlie Lawler currently works as Staff Development Director for a large divison of a government agency. He founded Curved Road Consulting after more than 35 years of work in the nonprofit and education arenas. He brings experience as a leader committed to individual, group, team, organization and community learning and development.
His work with large and small nonprofits included stints as CEO, Division Administrator and Program Director. In the public sector he worked as a Master Trainer. In education he has served as an elected School Board Director, Governing Board Member with an educational coop and a classroom teacher.
